What is STYREKX?
STYREKX is a (hybrid) fitness race with a fixed structure: ten 800-meter runs alternated with ten functional workouts. It’s the ultimate blend of endurance and strength – designed to push your entire body, both physically and mentally. STYREKX is suitable for athletes of all levels. With separate categories for solos, duos, and teams, there’s a format for everyone – whether you’re going all out on your own or taking on the challenge together.

No. Beginners are welcome! Clear instructions are provided, and there is guidance at every station.

STYREKX uses well-known fitness and CrossFit-style exercises that can be trained in any gym. You’ll also find tips, explanations, and videos on our website and social media channels.

Each participant wears a timing chip. The clock starts at the beginning and stops at the finish. Every run, workout station, and transition is tracked, helping you to improve your training and time for future races.
